Hardware recommendations

We recommend a Pentium class (or greater) PC with 32 megabytes (or more) of RAM and multimedia capability (color graphics, sound, etc.) If you prefer to use a Mac, a G3 (or greater) machine will provide acceptable viewing performance.

Browser recommendations

For the best experience on this site we recommend the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.01).

This site is designed to work with either Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.73. Lower versions may not support all functions of this site. AOL users must upgrade to version 5.0 for reliable use of this site.

You can download the latest versions of these browsers from the following sites. To upgrade Internet Explorer for Window you must go to the Product Updates section of the Windows Update website and follow the instructions on the site.

How to view the video and/or listen to the audio

To access the streaming video (high bandwidth) or audio (medium bandwidth) files on this website, you will need RealPlayer (version 7 or greater) from Real. There are several RealPlayer versions available at their website, there is a charge for some of the versions. If you are interested in obtaining the free version, please be careful with your selection and choose RealPlayer Basic.

There are instructions for downloading and installing RealPlayer 7 Basic on the Real's website. Please allow for sufficient download time. Depending on your modem speed and network traffic, this could take 10 minutes or more. Once you've downloaded and installed RealPlayer, return to this website to view the program.

You can download RealPlayer Basic from the Real.com website:
